With decades of executive level success as a business consultant, Barbara brings to CC Stephens a plethora of marketing & sales communications, training, human resources, personnel law and grant writing to the firm.

Prior to joining CC Stephens, Miller was Founder and President of The Personnel Dimension, Inc. a California corporation. Miller designed and facilitated custom training programs for Fortune 500 international companies.
She served as Executive VP for Connecticut National Bank (currently Bank of America) and holds an graduate degree in business from Rutgers University, an undergraduate degree in education from Sacred Heart University, Grant Writing Certification from Simmons College and numerous CEUs in Local Government, Property-Liability Trust and Municipal Budgeting and Finance.
